Recorded in Chicago, Illinois circa April 1954 featuring J.B. Lenoir (guitar and vocals), Lorenzo Smith (tenor saxophone), Joe Montgomery (piano), and Al Galvin (drums).

*During the 1950s J. B. Lenoir recorded on various record labels in the Chicago area including Chess, Parrot, and Checker. Among his more successful songs was the controversial "Eisenhower Blues" which Parrot, his record company at the time, forced him to re-record as "Tax Paying Blues."
