Sunnyland Slim

(September 5, 1907 March 17, 1995)
Born Albert Luandrew he was a blues pianist born on a farm near Vance, Mississippi who moved to Chicago in 1942. He stage name was derived from his song about the Sunnyland train that ran between Memphis and St. Louis.
