Eddie Taylor

(January 29, 1923 - December 25, 1985)
Born in Benoit, Mississippi, he was a guitarist and singer of the delta tradition who moved to Chicago in 1949. While performing around Leland, Mississippi he taught Jimmy Reed to play the guitar and is remembered as one of Reed's main accompanists.
